Lucas Minter

Lucas joined Ramos Group in June 2026, bringing a fresh perspective and a genuine drive to help clients build lasting financial security. Born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, he is currently pursuing a degree in Finance and Accounting at the University of Missouri–Kansas City, with an expected graduation in 2028. Lucas specializes in client-facing services and relationship management, ensuring every client feels heard, informed, and well cared for. Much of his work centers on in-depth research and the production of high-end, personalized portfolios built around each client's unique goals and risk tolerance. His attention to detail, strong work ethic, and client-first mindset make him a valued part of the Ramos Group team. Outside the office, Lucas enjoys skiing, golfing, traveling, and spending time outdoors. His adventurous personality and curiosity carry into his work, where he brings energy and a proactive approach to helping clients pursue long-term financial confidence.
