Andrew graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1996 and was commissioned an Intelligence Officer. He attended many military schools such as Army Ranger School, Cavalry Scout School, Intelligence Officer Basic and Advanced School, Imagery Intelligence School, and attended Civil Affairs training at the JFK Special Warfare Center and School. Andrew completed his Masters in Security Strategy from the US Army War College in 2022. Andrew conducted active military missions throughout the world. Andrew completed two combat tours to Iraq (2006) and Horn of Africa (2010).

He has worked across the Middle East, Horn of Africa, and parts of Asia.

Andrew began his 23 year career as a financial advisor in 2002 with Edward Jones. While at Edward Jones, Andrew built one the top businesses in the firm. He attended several Barron’s Top Diverse Adviser forums reserved for the top in the nation. Andrew travelled throughout the US to train many Jones advisors on business planning and retirement planning. Andrew attended 9 Managing Partner’s Conferences which recognize the top 400 advisors out of the 19,300 at Jones. On a regular basis, Andrew placed in the top 25% for customer satisfaction. By the time of his departure, Andrew placed in the top 45 advisors at Edward Jones and was managing approximately $390,000,000 of client assets.

Andrew created Ramos Group with a wealth of knowledge and experience. His intellect and interpersonal style will serve clients to the highest level of satisfaction.

Andrew loves spending time with his family. His children are Bradyn, Skyler, Isabella, Madison, and Charlie.
